Bangkok, 7 December 2022 – MR. D.I.Y., a leading home improvement retailer with the largest number of stores in Thailand, led by Mrs. Panaiyada Liang-Amnuay, Vice President of Human Resources Department and Mr. Arnupharp Kongmalai, Head of Marketing Department, organized a donation activity 'Giving Kindness to Children', to create happiness and smiles to children at Baan Tantawan, Foundation for Children in Nakhon Pathom province by supporting meals and snacks, essential items for children and funding contribution with a total value of 60,000 Baht.
Mr. Arnupharp Kongmalai, Head of Marketing Department said, “MR. D.I.Y. has always been committed to supporting Thai children and youths through our 'Giving Kindness to Children' project which has been continuing for 4 years with the intention of delivering happiness and creating smiles to children throughout all regions in Thailand. For this activity, we have sponsored 5 meals and snacks to more than 40 children at the foundation, donated essential items, and MR. D.I.Y. equipment for children such as school supplies, COVID testing kits, and items that are useful for learning and developing children's skills as well as supporting funding contribution, with a total value of 60,000 Baht. The activity not only brings happiness to children but also encourages employees to work together and give back to society by involving in donating items to society. This is also considered to promote corporate culture and help to create smiles and happiness for both employees and children as a giver and receiver.
