MR. D.I.Y. under MR. D.I.Y. Cares sends care and happiness to children and disabled people at Father Ray Day Care Center and The Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities.


Bangkok, 6 February 2023 – MR. D.I.Y., a leading home improvement retailer with the largest number of stores in Thailand and more than 18,000 products
led by Mrs. Panaiyada Liang-Amnuay, Vice President of Human Resources Department and Mr. Arnupharp Kongmalai, Head of Marketing Department, organized a CSR activity under MR. D.I.Y. Cares by supporting Father Ray Day Care Center and The Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities with a total value of 75,000 Baht aiming to continuously give back to society and send caring, happiness and smile to all Thai children and people throughout all regions of Thailand.

said “MR. D.I.Y. has a mission to help and improve the better quality of life for all Thai children throughout Thailand, particularly for children who lack of opportunities as we care about these children since they will become our people in society. Therefore, we are willing to support and give opportunities to these children so that they can grow up to become quality adults in the future. Today, we bring our employees to pass on the care and send happiness at Father Ray Day Care Center by supporting meals, school equipment, and essential items as well as donating funds with a total value of 45,000 Baht. The employees also joined the children’s activities which help to enhance the children’s skills. Since it is a month of love, we would like to show our care and bring happiness and smiles to the children’s faces. The activity is also a part of our 'Giving Kindness to Children' project which has been continuing for 5 years with the aim of delivering happiness and creating smiles to children throughout Thailand.”



“Moreover, we were welcomed by Mr. Songsak Reehung, Senior Manager of the Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities and Mr. Eknarin Swatwaengkuang, Manager of the Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities, and had a discussion on various ways to give an opportunity to the disabled people for their sustainable career paths. In addition, we also had an opportunity to visit other projects of the foundation such as Father Ray School which is a school for children with intellectual disabilities, Ray Bakery School shop which is a vocational training center for special children to have a sustainable career, and Mahatai Innovation Center, an innovation center for developing tools to facilitate the disabled and the elderly and it can expand benefits for all disabled throughout Thailand. MR. D.I.Y. also donated funds total value of 30,000 baht to support the foundation's operations. We will continue our MR. D.I.Y. Cares to support Thai society in all dimensions to grow sustainably along well with the company”
