Bangkok, 11 August 2023 – MR. D.I.Y. Thailand led by Mr. Arnupharp Kongmalai,Vice Presidentof Marketing Department together with MR. D.I.Y. staff send love and cares to mothers and children at the Association for the Promotion of the Status of Women under the Royal Patronage of the HRH Princess Soamsawali (Emergency Home) by providing lunch meals, funds, and essential products with a total value of 72,000 Baht throughout the month of Thai Mother’s Day. Ms. Usa Lerdsrisuntad, Executive Director of TheAssociationfor the Promotion ofthe Status of Woman received the donation. This activity is a part of MR. D.I.Y. Cares dedicating tohelping improve the Thai community and society across the country.
Mr. Arnupharp Kongmalai,Vice Presidentof Marketing Department said that “In honor of Thai Mother’s Day, MR. D.I.Y. is recognizing the importance of mothers and we are here to support all mothers in Thailand. MR. D.I.Y. then organizes an activity to send love and care as well as to help improve quality of life and deliver opportunities to "mothers and children" who are facing problems in life, especially the mothers and children who live in the Emergency Home in Don Mueang which has over 40 people. MR. D.I.Y. has offered lunch meals every Friday of August 2023, a total of 4 meals to both mothers and children. We also provided funds and essential items from MR. D.I.Y. store with a total value of 72,000 Baht to the Status of Women Association in Patronage (Emergency Home) to celebrate this Thai Mother’s Day. This is also a time to cherish the relationship between mothers and children while sheltering at the Emergency Home. It will be a part that helps them grow sustainably by using gained knowledge and skills to pursue an honest career in the future. MR. D.I.Y. promises to organize various social activities under MR. D.I.Y. Cares to help create sustainable growth for Thai society”
