Job Description:
  • Plan, design, and implement training programs.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance employees’ skills, knowledge, and potential across all organizational levels.
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Annual Training Plan.
  • Assess training needs through systematic analysis and prepare an annual training and development plan aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support organizational structure and career development.
  • Assist in the development of organizational structures and create career paths and succession plans to ensure employee growth and readiness for future roles.
  • Collaborate with departments.
  • Work closely with various departments to align employee skills and competencies with business objectives.
  • Design and manage learning systems.
  • Create and manage learning systems, including e-learning platforms, on-the-job training, and mentoring programs, to foster continuous development.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and provide comprehensive reports with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Promote organizational culture.
  • Foster and promote a company culture aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to strengthen morale, collaboration, and job satisfaction.
  • Support Special Projects.
  • Contribute to and support key organizational initiatives, including leadership development, talent management, and employee retention programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in HRD.
  • For new graduates, have experience in internship or trainee in HRD
  • Proven experience in training and development or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in conducting training needs analysis and developing learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and evaluate training programs effectively.
  • Knowledge of organizational development, employee engagement strategies, and leadership development is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on measurable results.
