Overall payroll administration process, including generating time attendance from the system, entering data into the payroll system, making adjustments, and ensuring the correct calculation until the payroll is complete.
Monitoring the Time Attendant Report and managing OT (work hours calculation).
Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory payments.
Responsible for SSO, PND, work permit for foreign workers, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
At least 1 year in Human Resources or a new graduate aew welcome.
Has intermediate computer skills (e.g., MS Office), especially Excel.
Good personality, good communication, and coordination skills.
Be responsible, be able to withstand pressure, and be willing to learn new work.
Having experience in retail business or corporate business will be a special consideration.
