Job Description:
- Overall payroll administration process, including generating time attendance from the system, entering data into the payroll system, making adjustments, and ensuring the correct calculation until the payroll is complete.
- Monitoring the Time Attendant Report and managing OT (work hours calculation).
- Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory payments.
- Responsible for SSO, PND, work permit for foreign workers, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 1 year in Human Resources or a new graduate aew welcome.
- Has intermediate computer skills (e.g., MS Office), especially Excel.
- Good personality, good communication, and coordination skills.
- Be responsible, be able to withstand pressure, and be willing to learn new work.
- Having experience in retail business or corporate business will be a special consideration.
